Common questions

A session is a fixed one-week testing window. Your submission is automatically placed in the next available slot โ€” no scheduling needed on your end.

An Idea is an early-stage concept shared for community feedback โ€” completely free to submit. An App is a published iOS or Android product that goes through a structured, paid testing cycle.

Tester tiers reflect a tester's track record on Wiblo โ€” measured by feedback quality, consistency, and how thoroughly they explore the apps they test. "All" opens your session to the full community of testers. "Copper" and "Silver" filter for testers who have demonstrated reliable, high-quality feedback over time. "Golden" gives access to the most experienced beta testers on the platform โ€” the ones whose feedback indie studios consistently rate as most actionable.

App submissions on the web are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. In-app submissions on iOS and Android are processed by the App Store and Google Play Billing. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Wiblo never stores your payment details.

No. Wiblo is a private beta testing platform โ€” all feedback stays inside the app and is shared only with the project creator. We do not generate, post, or promote any content on the App Store, Google Play, social networks, or any other public platform on a creator's behalf. Testers who attempt to use Wiblo for that purpose, or creators who solicit it, see their accounts permanently closed (see our Terms of Service ยง8).
