TERMS OF SERVICE

1. DEFINITIONS & OBJECT
1.1 - KEY DEFINITIONS
- PLATFORM: The Wiblo mobile application (iOS and Android versions) and its associated services accessible via official stores (App Store, Google Play) or our website.
- WIBLO: SAS Hapy, a simplified joint-stock company, publisher and manager of the Platform.
- CREATOR: User who publishes a Project (an already-published mobile application available on the iOS App Store or Google Play) on the Platform to obtain discovery exposure and structured feedback.
- TESTER: User who tests, rates, evaluates and comments on Projects published on the Platform.
- PROJECT: An already-published mobile application referenced by a Creator on the Platform. Eligibility is verified through public store APIs (iTunes Search API for the App Store, equivalent for Google Play).
- IDEA: A concept for a not-yet-published mobile app, submitted by a Creator to the Wiblo community for evaluation. Ideas are open for upvotes and downvotes from Testers and serve as a community-driven validation step before app development. Ideas are distinct from Projects, which exclusively refer to apps already published on the iOS App Store or Google Play.
- TEST: Action of downloading, using, evaluating a Project and submitting a Review.
- REVIEW: Structured evaluation (rating points and textual feedback) submitted by a Tester on a Project. Reviews are visible exclusively to the Project's Creator.
- POINTS: Virtual gamification units with no monetary value, automatically credited to Testers based on their actions (tests, votes, levels reached). Points are non-convertible and non-transferable.
- LEVELS: Progression tiers based on accumulated Points (e.g., Novice, Explorer, Expert, Master).
- TICKETS: Virtual gamification units earned by Testers based on their actions and progression, which may unlock access to specific Projects. Tickets are non-convertible and non-transferable.
- SESSION (or TEST SESSION): The period during which a Project is actively listed on the Platform for testing and feedback collection. A standard Test Session lasts at minimum one (1) week from activation. The first Test Session offered to a new Creator (free trial) may have an extended duration, as defined at the time of activation.
- APPRECIATION TOKEN (also referred to as "Tribute" / "Hommage" in the Wiblo user interface and marketing materials): a non-monetary, non-convertible, non-transferable expression of gratitude offered by a Creator to a Tester upon completion of a test. The Appreciation Token is delivered exclusively by the Creator, outside the Wiblo Platform. Wiblo does not store, transfer, or guarantee the delivery of any Appreciation Token.
- PAYMENT / PUBLICATION FEES: Amount of 49,90 β¬ per Test Session required for a Creator to publish a paid Project on the Platform.
- USER SUBMISSION: Any content created and published by you on the Platform (profile, Project description, reviews, comments, images, videos, etc.).
- CONTENT: All information, texts, graphics, images, data, logos available on the Platform (including your User Submissions).
1.2 - OBJECT AND ROLE OF WIBLO
The Wiblo Platform is a gamified platform for app discovery and structured feedback, designed to:
- Enable Creators to reference their already-published apps on the Platform and obtain real exposure to a community of active Testers.
- Enable Testers to discover, test and evaluate apps while earning Points through Wiblo's internal gamification system.
- Facilitate quality feedback exchange between Creators and Testers through a rating and gamified progression system.
WIBLO IS AN INTERMEDIARY AND NOT A GUARANTOR.
Wiblo does not promise:
- A minimum number of Testers
- A defined volume of downloads
- A specific revenue
- Commercial success of a Project
Wiblo promises:
- Real and qualified exposure to an active and engaged community
2. ACCEPTANCE & TERMS OF USE
2.1 - ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing, creating an account or using the Wiblo Platform (even partially), you fully and unreservedly accept all of these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy available in the application (hereinafter "Legal Documents").
If you do not accept these Terms or any of their provisions, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform.
Your continued use constitutes renewed acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 - MINIMUM AGE & LEGAL CAPACITY
- To create a Wiblo account, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you certify on your honor that you meet this age requirement.
- Wiblo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account where a misrepresentation of age is detected.
- You declare and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- If you are acting as a legal representative (company), you warrant that you are duly authorized and responsible for compliance with these Terms.
2.3 - REGISTRATION & USER ACCOUNT
ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON:
You may create only one personal account for your own use. Multiple accounts intended to circumvent Platform limits (accumulated Points, gamification advantages, Ticket-gated access to Projects) are strictly prohibited.
ACCURATE INFORMATION:
When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information (valid phone number, payment data where applicable).
ACCOUNT SECURITY:
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any activity carried out via your account. You warrant that no one else accesses your account. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to hello.wiblo@gmail.com.
DATA UPDATES:
You agree to keep your registration information up to date and notify Wiblo of any relevant changes.
2.4 - NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF ACCOUNT
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not:
- Sell, rent, lend or transfer your account to a third party
- Give access to your account to another person, even partially
- Share your login credentials
Any attempt to transfer or share is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of your account and confiscation of all Points and Appreciation Tokens proposals.
3. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS OF CREATORS
3.1 - PROJECT PUBLICATION
ELIGIBILITY:
Only mobile applications already published on the iOS App Store or Google Play are eligible to be referenced as a Project on Wiblo. Eligibility is verified at submission time through public store APIs. Pre-launch apps, fictional apps, and prototypes are not eligible.
FEES AND CONDITIONS:
- Publication price: To publish a Project as a paid Project, you must pay 49,90 β¬ per Test Session. A standard Test Session lasts at minimum one (1) week from activation. The first Test Session offered to a new Creator may benefit from an extended free trial period, as defined at the time of activation.
- Payment methods: In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed through official in-app billing systems (App Store IAP for iOS, Google Play Billing for Android). Web payments, if and when enabled, are processed through a duly authorized Merchant of Record. No direct payment (bank transfer, PayPal) is accepted.
- Non-refundable: Once payment is accepted and the Project is activated on the Platform, no refund is possible, except in case of major technical failure making the service completely unusable (at Wiblo's sole discretion), or legal obligation.
- Billing & transparency: You will receive an invoice by email after each payment, summarizing the amount, publication period and date.
- Taxes: Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes. You remain responsible for declaring and paying any applicable tax in your jurisdiction.
3.2 - IDEAS
Creators may publish Ideas (not-yet-published app concepts) on the Platform for community evaluation. Ideas are free to publish and serve as a pre-development validation step.
Conditions specific to Ideas (visibility, duration, allowed interactions) may differ from paid Projects and will be specified at the time of submission within the application.
Ideas are not subject to the eligibility requirement of being already published on iOS App Store or Google Play, as they represent app concepts at a pre-launch stage.
3.3 - CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
You warrant that:
OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS:
You are the legitimate owner of the Project and possess all intellectual rights necessary to reference it on Wiblo. The Project does not violate third-party rights.
LEGALITY & COMPLIANCE:
Your Project complies with all applicable laws, including:
- Data protection (GDPR if you collect user data)
- Store guidelines (App Store Guidelines, Google Play Policy)
- Applicable commercial regulations in your jurisdiction
SECURITY:
Your Project does not contain malware, viruses, malicious code or harmful components.
CONTENT:
Your Project and its description do not contain prohibited content (see section 3.4).
APPRECIATION TOKEN DELIVERY:
You are solely responsible for delivering, outside the Wiblo Platform, any Appreciation Token you propose to a Tester upon completion of a valid Test. Wiblo does not intermediate, store, transfer, or guarantee any Appreciation Token (see section 5.5).
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY:
You are responsible for all bugs, malfunctions, incompatibilities, performance or security issues with your Project. Wiblo provides no technical support for your Project.
3.4 - PROHIBITED CONTENT FOR CREATORS
You may not publish any Project containing or promoting in particular:
- ILLEGAL CONTENT: Piracy, fraud, trafficking of prohibited goods/services, counterfeiting.
- HATEFUL OR DISCRIMINATORY CONTENT: Hate speech, discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
- SEXUAL CONTENT / VIOLENCE: Explicit sexual content, pornography, gratuitous violence, self-harm, suicide.
- EXPLOITATION: Exploitation of minors, trafficking, involuntary servitude.
- BAD FAITH: Trapped tests, fictitious apps, projects designed solely to scam Testers or fraudulently collect data.
- MALWARE: Ransomware, spyware, spy software.
- HARASSMENT / INTIMIDATION: Content intended to intimidate, harass or threaten individuals or groups.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATION: Complete copy of third-party projects, unauthorized use of logos/brands, plagiarism.
- NON-COMPLIANT GAMBLING: Projects primarily based on gambling, online betting or guaranteed return financial products that do not comply with laws.
Wiblo reserves the unilateral right to refuse, suspend or unpublish any Project without notice, at its sole discretion.
3.5 - NO RESULTS GUARANTEE
Wiblo does not guarantee:
- A minimum or maximum number of Testers
- A defined volume of downloads or installations
- An average rating, minimum number of reviews, or specific feedback quality
- Revenue, gain or commercial success of your Project
- A ranking position, priority visibility or particular ranking
- Absence of competition or other similar projects published simultaneously
Wiblo offers real and qualified exposure to an active community of Testers, during the defined publication period. Results vary according to Project quality, features, Appreciation Tokens proposed and community preferences.
3.6 - RATING REVIEWS BY CREATORS
- You may rate the quality of each Review received on a scale defined by the Platform.
- These ratings influence the Tester's quality score, gamification progression, and access to specific Projects within the Platform.
- Your evaluation must be honest and based solely on review quality (clarity, constructiveness, usefulness), not on whether the review is positive or negative toward your Project.
3.7 - DELETION OR MODIFICATION OF PROJECTS
- You may delete or modify your Project at any time via the creator dashboard.
- Deletion of a Project results in archiving of its data and reviews (which may remain visible in Wiblo's history for statistical purposes).
- No refund in case of deletion before the end of the current Test Session.
3.8 - UNILATERAL REMOVAL BY WIBLO
Wiblo reserves the right to refuse, unpublish or delist any Project, at its sole and entire discretion, without notice, particularly in case of:
- Suspicion of illegality or legal non-compliance
- Violation of these Terms or store guidelines
- Fraud, abuse or unfair behavior (fake reviews, ranking manipulation)
- Documented poor user experience (complaints, crashes, data loss)
- Commercial reason (policy change, overcapacity, optimization)
No compensation or refund is due in case of removal.
4. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS OF TESTERS
4.1 - ACCESS & PARTICIPATION RIGHTS
- You may access the list of active Projects and freely test published Projects.
- You may leave Reviews, rate Projects, vote on features, and participate in challenges/events offered by Wiblo.
- Access to certain Projects may depend on gamification progression. No specific level of access is guaranteed, and Wiblo reserves the right to modify access criteria at any time.
4.2 - OBLIGATIONS REGARDING REVIEWS & TESTS
You agree to:
REALLY TEST:
Before leaving a Review, you must have actually downloaded and used the Project for a reasonable time.
HONESTY & CONSTRUCTIVENESS:
Your Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience. Negative reviews are allowed but must remain constructive and factual.
NO SPAM:
Prohibition of leaving Reviews:
- Copy-pasted or duplicated from other platforms
- Automatically generated by bots/AI
- Off-topic or unintelligible
- Repeated in loops
NO COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING:
Prohibition of promoting your own project, services or products in reviews.
4.3 - CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
During your test and after termination of your account, you agree not to publicly disclose sensitive information about tested Projects, including:
- Screenshots or videos of non-public features
- Technical details or Project architecture
- Information about Appreciation Tokens proposed by the Creator
- Internal usage data, statistics, roadmap
- Private correspondence with Creators
EXCEPTIONS:
- You may share a Review officially published on Wiblo
- You may refer to your general experience with the Project in generic terms
- You may report critical bugs to creators via designated channels
POSSIBLE SANCTIONS:
Account deletion, confiscation of Points, legal action if damage occurs.
5. GAMIFICATION & APPRECIATION TOKENS
5.1 - GAMIFICATION POINTS
- Points are virtual progression units with no monetary value.
- They are credited for your actions (tests, reviews, votes, regular connections, challenge participation).
- Points never constitute a currency or exchange value and cannot be converted into real money.
- Points cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred.
Wiblo may modify at any time the allocation scales and level access conditions, with prior notification when significant.
Wiblo may cancel or confiscate Points in case of fraud, abuse or violation of the Terms.
5.2 - PROGRESSION LEVELS
- Each time a Points threshold is reached, you progress to a new Level.
- Each Level may grant advantages within the Wiblo gamification system (Tickets, badges, statuses) which can unlock access to specific Projects.
- Thresholds and advantages may be modified by Wiblo.
Reaching a Level does not entitle a Tester to any specific Appreciation Token. Appreciation Tokens are proposed at the discretion of each Creator and delivered exclusively by that Creator.
5.3 - AUTHORIZED APPRECIATION TOKENS
Creators may propose the following types of Appreciation Tokens to Testers. All Appreciation Tokens are non-monetary, non-convertible, and non-transferable:
- Product Access β Free premium account, feature unlocks, early access to upcoming features of the Creator's app, non-convertible in-app credits within the Creator's app.
- Exclusive Content β Sticker packs, wallpapers, themes, custom skins, behind-the-scenes content, sound packs created by the Creator.
- Recognition β Credit mentions in the Creator's app, "Founding Tester" badges, social media shoutouts, personalized thank-you notes.
- Experience β One-on-one calls with the Creator, invitations to private Discord/Slack, event invitations, private feature previews.
PROHIBITED REWARDS:
Wiblo strictly prohibits any reward of the following nature. The Wiblo moderation team will refuse any proposal involving them:
- Cash, wire transfers, PayPal, Revolut, or any other monetary payment
- Third-party gift cards (Amazon, Apple, Google, Steam, Spotify, Netflix, etc.)
- External promo codes for third-party services
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, etc.) or transferable NFTs
- Discount codes for partner products or services
- Physical merchandise of significant value, except when delivered at a specific event organized by the Creator
This prohibition is required for compliance with App Store and Google Play policies on incentivized actions, as well as for our commitment to keeping the Platform free from review fraud. Creators who attempt to circumvent these rules are subject to immediate account suspension.
5.4 - NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Points and Appreciation Tokens are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, exchange or transfer a Point balance or an Appreciation Token received from a Creator is prohibited and may result in confiscation and ban.
5.5 - NO WIBLO INTERMEDIATION ON APPRECIATION TOKENS
All Appreciation Tokens are delivered directly by the Creator to the Tester, outside the Wiblo Platform. Wiblo does not store, transfer, deliver, or guarantee any Appreciation Token.
In case of non-delivery by the Creator, the Tester may report the Creator via the in-app reporting system. Wiblo may take moderation measures against the Creator (account suspension, content removal) but is not liable for the value of any undelivered Appreciation Token.
Disputes regarding Appreciation Tokens are to be resolved bilaterally between the Creator and the Tester.
6. PAYMENTS (CREATORS)
6.1 - PRICING & BILLING
- Unit price: 49,90 β¬ per Test Session
- Each payment validates a full Test Session (minimum one week from activation)
- Free trial Sessions, when granted, do not require payment
- Invoice sent by email after payment
- Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT for France, unless otherwise stated
6.2 - PAYMENT METHODS
- In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed through official in-app billing systems (Apple App Store IAP, Google Play Billing).
- Web payments, if and when enabled, are processed through a duly authorized Merchant of Record.
- No direct payment (bank transfer, PayPal) is accepted to activate publication.
6.3 - NON-REFUND & EXCEPTIONS
GENERAL RULE: Non-refundable after Project activation, including in case of:
- Change of mind
- Lack of testers
- Ranking deemed insufficient
- Error in Project description
POSSIBLE EXCEPTIONS (refund or credit):
- Major technical failure by Wiblo (prolonged unavailability)
- Billing error (double charge)
- Legal obligation
Any request must be made within 14 days after the end of the relevant Test Session, with supporting documents.
6.4 - TAXES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for declaring expenses and income related to Wiblo to your tax administration. Wiblo does not provide tax advice.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSES
7.1 - OWNERSHIP OF YOUR CONTENT
You retain full ownership:
- CREATORS: of your Projects, descriptions, visuals, logos, code (excluding third-party components)
- TESTERS: of your Reviews, comments, texts, images that you generate
7.2 - LICENSES GRANTED TO WIBLO
By publishing content on Wiblo, you grant Wiblo a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sublicensable license to:
- Display, reproduce, adapt, distribute your content within the Platform
- Store your content on our servers
- Analyze your content to improve the service
- Use elements (Projects, reviews, statistics) in our marketing communications (examples, success stories), unless you explicitly object to certain uses
Wiblo does not sell your content to third parties and does not distribute it on competing platforms without your consent.
7.3 - WIBLO CONTENT
Elements belonging to Wiblo (code, design, logo, brand, aggregated data) are protected. It is prohibited to:
- Copy or reproduce the Platform
- Perform reverse engineering or massive scraping
- Create a competing platform based on Wiblo's structure
7.4 - RESPECT FOR COPYRIGHT
In case of alleged copyright infringement, Wiblo may remove the offending content after verification. Repeat offenders may be banned.
8. MODERATION, FRAUD & SANCTIONS
8.1 - MONITORING
Wiblo monitors activity on the Platform (logs, IP, behaviors) to detect abuse and fraud, in compliance with laws (GDPR).
8.2 - FRAUD
In particular, the following are considered fraud:
- Fake reviews (without real testing)
- Copy-pasted or automated reviews
- Multiple accounts to accumulate Points
- Use of bots or scripts
- Ranking manipulation
- Proposing prohibited rewards (see section 5.3) or attempting to circumvent the Appreciation Token policy
- Identity theft or phishing
8.3 - SANCTIONS
Depending on severity:
- Simple warning
- Temporary suspension (7 to 30 days)
- Permanent account closure and confiscation of Points
- Content removal
8.4 - APPEAL
You may appeal a sanction by contacting support at hello.wiblo@gmail.com within 14 days. Wiblo will review your request and render a final decision.
8.5 - WAIVER IN CASE OF PROVEN FRAUD
In case of proven fraud, you waive any legal recourse against Wiblo for confiscation of Points or account closure.
9. LIABILITY & LIMITATION
9.1 - NON-LIABILITY
Wiblo is not responsible for:
- Projects (quality, security, compliance, data collection)
- Tester Reviews (accuracy, tone, impact)
- Relations between Creators and Testers
- Delivery of any Appreciation Token (which is the sole responsibility of the Creator β see section 5.5)
- External links, advertisements or third-party services
- Permanent availability of the Platform
- Data loss, except serious fault by Wiblo
9.2 - LIMITATION
Wiblo is not responsible for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers, data, etc.).
Wiblo's total liability toward you is limited to the total amount you have paid Wiblo in the last 12 months, or β¬100 for a user who has paid nothing (whichever is higher), except as required by law.
9.3 - DISCLAIMER
The Platform is provided "as is", without warranty of absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.4 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Wiblo in case of third-party claims related to your use of the Platform, your Projects or your Reviews.
10. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
10.1 - PRIVACY POLICY
Wiblo processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws. Details are in the Privacy Policy accessible from the application or website.
10.2 - DATA COLLECTED
MANDATORY:
- Phone number, email, basic identity
- Payment data (managed by Apple/Google for in-app purchases, by a duly authorized Merchant of Record for web payments)
OPTIONAL:
- Geolocation (opt-in)
- Marketing preferences
USAGE:
- Logs, IP, device, action history
10.3 - SHARING
Data shared with:
- Apple/Google for mobile in-app purchase payments
- A duly authorized Merchant of Record for web payments (if and when enabled)
- Technical service providers (hosting, transactional emails, product analytics)
- Authorities in case of legal obligation
Wiblo does not sell your data to external advertisers.
11. USER CONTENT & MODERATION
11.1 - CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for the content you publish. It must be legal, non-offensive and compliant with the Terms.
11.2 - WIBLO RIGHTS
Wiblo may refuse, edit or delete any content contrary to the Terms or reported by users.
11.3 - RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
You may request deletion of your personal data. Wiblo may retain certain anonymized data or data necessary for legal or security purposes. The account deletion process is detailed in section 13.1.
12. TERMS MODIFICATIONS
12.1 - RIGHT TO MODIFY
Wiblo may modify the Terms at any time.
12.2 - NOTIFICATION
Any substantial modification is notified (email, in-app notification, updated date). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12.3 - VERSIONS
These Terms replace previous versions.
13. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT DELETION
13.1 - ACCOUNT DELETION
The Tester or the Creator may request the deletion of their account at any time, through one of the following channels:
- From the Wiblo application β Settings β Account β Delete my account. The request is registered immediately.
- From the Wiblo website (wiblo.co) β through the account deletion page available at wiblo.co/en/account-deletion. Wiblo will request email confirmation to verify that the request comes from the legitimate account holder. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours.
Grace period. A grace period of 14 days applies to all confirmed deletion requests, during which the User may cancel the request by logging back into the Wiblo application. After 14 days, all personal data is permanently deleted through an automated system, except for data subject to legal retention obligations (see Privacy Policy, section 7).
Backup-free deletion. Wiblo currently operates on Supabase Free, which does not generate automated backups. As a result, the deletion at D+14 is immediate and complete on Wiblo's servers, with no residual copies.
Consequences of deletion β Upon effective deletion (D+14):
- Unused Points, Tickets, and Appreciation Token proposals are lost without compensation.
- All your personal data, Reviews, votes, and gamification progression are deleted in cascade.
- Projects you have published, if any, may remain visible on the Platform with an empty creator profile, in order to preserve the integrity of the feedback collected and the public record of Wiblo's catalog.
13.2 - TERMINATION BY WIBLO
Wiblo may suspend or close your account in case of:
- Violation of the Terms
- Fraud or strong suspicion
- Prolonged inactivity
- Legal obligation
- Commercial reasons (service closure, etc.)
In case of fraud, closure may be immediate and without notice.
13.3 - SURVIVING CLAUSES
After termination, the following remain applicable: intellectual property, limitation of liability, confidentiality, applicable law and jurisdiction.
14. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
14.1 - APPLICABLE LAW
The Terms are governed by French law.
14.2 - JURISDICTION
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
14.3 - MEDIATION
Before any legal action, the parties agree to attempt amicable resolution (contact support, exchanges, mediation if desired).
14.4 - STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Any action must be brought within 3 years following discovery of the triggering event.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 - NON-AFFILIATION WITH STORES
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are neither sponsors of, nor involved in, the services and content offered on the Wiblo Platform. Wiblo is an independent service operated by SAS Hapy.
15.2 - ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Wiblo for the use of the Platform.
15.3 - PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If a clause is deemed invalid, the others remain in force.
15.4 - WAIVER
The fact that Wiblo does not exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.5 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights and obligations without written agreement. Wiblo may assign its own without notification.
15.6 - INDEPENDENCE
Your use of Wiblo does not create any employment, partnership or agency relationship with Wiblo.
16. COMPLIANCE WITH STORE GUIDELINES
16.1 - COMPLIANCE
